Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms ("Marketplace Terms") apply to your use of integrations, connectors, and third-party services available through or in connection with MadCreative ("Marketplace Features"). These terms supplement the Terms of Service.
1. Third-Party Integrations
MadCreative connects with third-party platforms including but not limited to Meta Ads, Northbeam, Google Analytics, Slack, and ClickUp. When you enable an integration, you authorize us to exchange data between the Service and the third-party platform on your behalf.
Each integration is subject to the third party's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party platforms.
2. Data Shared with Integrations
When you connect a third-party integration, the following data may be shared:
- Northbeam / Analytics: ad performance metrics (spend, ROAS, revenue, new customer percentage) are imported into MadCreative and associated with your concepts
- Slack: concept creation events, status changes, and @mentions are sent as messages to your configured Slack channel
- Google OAuth: your name, email, and profile picture are used for authentication
We only access the minimum data required for each integration to function. You can disconnect any integration at any time through the Settings panel.
3. API Access
On eligible plans, you may access the MadCreative API to build custom integrations. API access is subject to rate limits and usage policies. You must not use the API in a manner that degrades the Service for other users.
API keys are confidential. You are responsible for securing your keys and for all activity that occurs through them.
4. Partner Integrations
We may offer integrations built by third-party partners. Partner integrations are clearly labeled and subject to the partner's own terms. MadCreative does not warrant or endorse partner integrations and is not liable for their functionality, security, or availability.
5. Data Handling
Data imported through Marketplace Features is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you disconnect an integration, we stop syncing new data but existing imported data remains in your account unless you explicitly delete it.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any integration. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, rate limits, or data access policies at any time, which may affect the functionality of Marketplace Features. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee compatibility.
7. Fees
Access to Marketplace Features is included in your subscription plan as specified on our pricing page. Certain premium integrations or higher-volume API access may require an upgraded plan. Third-party platforms may charge their own fees independently.
8. Termination
We may discontinue any Marketplace Feature with 30 days' notice. If a discontinuation materially affects your use of the Service, you may terminate your subscription and receive a prorated refund.
9. Modifications
We may update these Marketplace Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of Marketplace Features constitutes acceptance.
